Sandtroopers.com Autograph Signing Send-in Policy


Sandtroopers.com is pleased to offer a send-in opportunity for our current private autograph signing. This is a chance for fans who want a specific personal item autographed by the available actor/actress to send it in for us to get signed during our session. Such items may include action figures, DVD’s, trading cards, posters, photographs, etc. When you send an item to Sandtroopers.com for signing, you can rest assured that it will be treated with the utmost care, as if it were our own. We’re autograph collectors ourselves, and adding the signatures to our own items is part of the fun of holding these signings.

Please read the following terms of our send-in policy carefully before placing your order. By placing a send-in order, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.

All send-in items must be packed securely and thoroughly. The materials you use to send in your item(s) will be re-used when we send them back. If you are using a poster tube to send an item, please make sure it is thick and sturdy enough to avoid any bends/dents during transit. 

Sending your item with tracking is strongly recommended. This way the status of your item in transit can always be determined. Methods of tracking include USPS Priority Mail Tracking, UPS Shipping, FedEx Shipping, and DHL Shipping.

When items are being handled, the risk always exists that minor wear (such as small creases, bends, wrinkles, dings, etc.) may occur. No major damage to anything is expected to occur, and we will go to great lengths to ensure that your item is returned to you in the same condition in which it was sent. Again, we’re collectors ourselves, so we understand the level of care that you expect from any send-in service. However, please understand the risk of such occurrences, and please do not send any items that are too valuable.

If, for whatever reason, an actor/actress refuses to sign your item, you will be issued a refund for the signing. However, you will still be responsible for covering shipping and handling fees in both directions. Our signers reserve the right to refuse to sign any items they deem inappropriate for whatever reason. In addition, although you may request personalization, understand that it is not guaranteed. The way the actor/actress signs is entirely up to them, although we will do our best to fulfill any personalization requests. Also, in the event of a signing’s cancellation due to a signer’s professional commitments or circumstances beyond our control, you will be issued a refund for the signing. Again, you will still be responsible for covering all shipping and handling fees.

Once your item is handed to the shipping service, it is no longer our responsibility. We will take every measure possible to ensure that your items are packaged securely for transit, and will re-use the packing materials they were sent in. However, Sandtroopers.com cannot assume responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping in any direction.

Insurance is available and strongly recommended. Please contact us for details. (Please provide a prepaid return shipping label if you have specific shipping needs, such as rush or insurance.)

By placing a send-in order, you agree to hold harmless Sandtroopers.com and all other entities related to our signings in the event of the item(s) being lost or damaged.
